the staff at the reception was super nice and they helped me change my room with no hassle. the gym is really well equipped too. the place is clean and cozy, made me feel at home. loved the big studio room and how close it is to shopping sites. i really appreciated the hot water running 24/7!

but there was no proper breakfast option available and the in-house restaurant kinda sucked. also, sometimes the service felt a bit slow and no one helped with our luggage during check out.

Had a braw stay, loved the stunning city view from the One-Bedroom Suite. The breakfast was pure cracking with a fantastic spread and top-notch service from Nancy, who cared for my wee one while I grabbed a bite! Just wished the pool area had a bit more shade.

The breakfast at Voco was legendary, with mouthwatering options like Irish soda bread that took my taste buds on a delightful journey. Special shoutout to Nancy and Oussama for their stellar service at breakfast and Aicha with her restaurant team who made dining a joy!

We did encounter a hiccup with room cleaning. a few times we returned to find it hadn’t been done, leaving us towel-less and in need of a quick call to reception.

The suite falls short of 5-star expectations!!! The sea view is obstructed, and cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Dusty windows and unwashed bed sheets are unacceptable!!! Management needs to reevaluate standards and training!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to assist. The spacious rooms provided ample space for my kids to play around. Breakfast was also delightful, and I appreciated the airport shuttle service for convenience.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mrs Tubtim and Mr Fatif, who were always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, ensuring a great start to the day. The only improvement I'd suggest is ensuring that requests for room cleaning are consistently met to enhance the overall experience.

Just spent 5 nights in the One Bedroom King Suite with Sea View. The room was spacious and comfy, with an amazing view of Doha. My kids loved having plenty of space to play, and the fully equipped kitchen was great for making quick meals.
